The Farmer's School project was initiated and launched by JSC «Russian Agricultural Bank» with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation. In the Stavropol Territory, it is being implemented by the regional branch of the Russian Agricultural Bank, the regional Ministry of Agriculture and the Stavropol State Agrarian University. The official closure of the project took place in the format of a teleconference, which brought together the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, JSC «Russian Agricultural Bank», regional governments and the Ministry of Agriculture, higher educational institutions of 15 subjects Russia.
All project participants were welcomed by:

- Oksana Nikolaevna Lut, Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation
The winners of the project in all regions of Russia were announced in real time. Among the students of the second stream of the Farmer's School, 167 people were already active farmers who came to improve their qualifications for more successful business development or launching new projects. However, the majority - 185 listeners - are people who for the first time decided to associate life with agriculture. The Farmer's School helped them to enter the profession and master it.
At the initiative of the Russian Agricultural Bank, three most profitable and significant business projects for the region were selected in each of the 15 constituent entities of the Russian Federation. Their authors received grants.
At the end of the teleconference, the closing ceremony of the second regional stream of the Farmer's School project took place at the Stavropol State Agrarian University.

The training format of the second stream is full-time and part-time and was divided into theoretical studies and practice in production. The second stream of training in the Stavropol Territory passed in the following directions:
• "Gardening - the branch of plant growing",
• "Greenhouse economy - crop production of greenhouses",
• "Sheep breeding - livestock industry".
The training took place in 17 more specializations, which were selected based on the region's interest in the development of one or another sub-sector of the agro-industrial complex. Graduates received government documents and can now apply for a grant to develop their economy.
