For five years, the Accounting and Finance Faculty has been holding a landmark event - "Dialogues with Successful Entrepreneurs". On November 23, 2022, the Department of Finance, Credit and Insurance, together with the financial consultant of the JSC in the Stavropol Territory “Sovcombank Life” Stetsyuk Lyubov Petrovna, organized a meeting of students with successful business women. The event was attended by over 100 students of the Faculty of Accounting and Finance and the Faculty of Social and Cultural Service and Tourism.
Women's entrepreneurship today is one of the leading drivers of the country's economy. Now women are at the helm of their firms - almost a third of the total number of representatives of small and medium-sized businesses in the country.
Anna Trutneva and Anna Klisha shared their experience in business.
Anna Trutneva - teacher of public speaking and music, director of the cover group 8bit, creator and head of the project "Strongly said", "Teacher of the year - 2022", "Woman of the year - 2016", Winner of the competition "Art of the XXI century" (2016, 2017). Anna shared her experience of running her own business and noted “Love your job. Love for your work will certainly lead to success. And if you don't like it, change activities. Because otherwise your condition will be expressed in disappointment, anger and fear. I truly love each of my projects. Every person can create. Perhaps this is the main skill that we have.”
Anna Klisha is an entrepreneur with seven years of experience, head of the sales department at the LLC “ORMATON”, investor, Volunteer Life. Anna spoke about the formation of her business, about the advantages and disadvantages of a woman leader, as well as about the mistakes that could have been avoided. The speaker noted that knowledge of finance, accounting, as well as management and planning skills are very important for an entrepreneur. Anna, taking into account her entrepreneurial experience, gave valuable advice to students - to read business literature and learn psychological approaches to management.
Students had the opportunity to ask questions, express their opinions and share plans for the future. The most active guys received gifts from the speakers - books and an invitation to free education.
