Center of the quality management in education

We compare the quality of education with the requirements of the regional labor market

The department of Social Research and Marketing together with the Faculty of Farm Mechanization conducted a survey of graduates from different years with the "Agro-engineering", which is currently occupied by the heads and senior specialists of the leading agricultural enterprises of the Stavropol Territory. The goal of this study is to determine the most important competencies for successful future mechanical engineers.

This study has allowed us to:

- Strengthen the social and professional networks of the regional community;

- Get feedback to improve teaching work in the University;

-Fix the value of the views of employers in improving training of engineers.

All members of the expert survey indicated that they are very pleased with the higher education. In addition, 57.1% of the experts would like to improve their skills in the Stavropol State Agrarian University with the mentioned major and 21.4% expressed a wish to get one more major.

The analytical material summarizing the views of the Stavropol State Agrarian University graduates with the major "Agro-engineering" was transferred to the methodical commission of the Farm Mechanization Faculty to discuss and identify the ways to improve teaching at the faculty.
