Results of the rating results of the work of the professor-teaching staff, departments and faculties in 2015
On 29th February, 2016 at a rector meeting, the Head of the inspection and attestation of Professor-teaching staff Galeev E.V. reported the results of the rating of the professor-teaching staff, departments and faculties of the University in 2015.
The results of the rating are presented in the context of faculties, departments and positions of the teaching staff at their achieved levels of efficiency. Data on the performance standards for the working positions were reflected in the directions of work. Leaders of faculties’ rating for each section of the rating were determined. In addition, the results of the student ranking of departments in the context of the three sections: conducting educational activities, results of the scientific student societies, student recognition awards and achievements. Also assessment of the work of heads of subdivisions (faculties, departments) was presented.
In order to further develop the rating system of the results of the professor-teaching staff, departments and faculties of the University ways of improving them for further discussion and inclusion in the draft Regulation for the rating of the results of the professor-teaching staff and the University subdivisions in 2016 have been proposed. This information is available on the Internet site in the section "Stock Exchange of Ideas".
The discussion of the results of rating of the work of the subdivisions, departments and faculties of the University in 2015, will be held at the Academic Council of Faculties.
