Center of the quality management in education

Employees of the Stavropol GAU in the next 2 weeks will evaluate their job satisfaction in the University

Department of sociological and marketing research will conduct a survey of staff at the Stavropol GAU to determine the level of job satisfaction in the University.

The questionnaire will give the opportunity to express their views on the moral and psychological climate in the team, the ability and desire for professional and career growth of employees authority to perform their duties, social services, vision mission, strategy, values and image of the University.

To take part in the poll for all categories of personnel: managers of all levels, teachers, support staff.

The procedure for the survey you can go to the faculty or the Centre of quality management education.

The results will be discussed at the rectorate meeting.
