Stavropol State Agrarian University entered the TOP-50 of the best universities of the country!

Stavropol State Agrarian University has gone up by 25 positions and now occupies the 47th line of the VIII annual National University Ranking for the 2016/2017 academic year (according to MIG Interfax). The TOP-100 is already behind.

Stavropol State Agrarian University is the only agrarian higher educational institution of Russia entered the TOP-50 of the best universities of the country according to the VIII National University Rating (NRU-2017) published by the International Information Group "Interfax" on June 5.

It should be noted that the activity of universities is evaluated according to six parameters on a 1000-point scale, the integral evaluation is formed in six main directions: education (20%), research (20%), social environment (15%), international and interregional cooperation (15%), Innovation (15%) and the university brand (15%). On the basis of each of the directions, six parametric private ratings are also published. The sources of the data are open materials on the activities of universities, the personal data collected by the experts of Interfax, the monitoring data of the universities of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, and the results of analysis conducted with the help of the Complex Analysis of News System (SCAN-Interfax).

The editor of the National University Rankings Alexey Chaplygin noted the upsurge in the rating of several universities in the TOP-50 group. Among the leaders of growth is Stavropol State Agrarian University, which was a cherished hundred a year ago, taking 72nd place among the best higher educational institutions of the country.

The new height of the Stavropol State Technical University became one more confirmation of the purposefulness of the collective and the solid succession of the position of the leadership of the university, which keeps a course on the quality of training and the demand for graduates.
