Workshop "EFQM Excellence Model “

On 6-7 th October ,2014 the centre of the Quality Management in Education a cycle of workshops "EFQM Excellence Model “ for the staff of the University. The workshop was attended by 16 representatives of departments of foreign languages and foreign languages and intercultural communication. The workshop covered the basic concepts of the EFQM Excellence Model.
