III d International conference “Modern tendencies of the international standardization development”

On November, 6, 2014 on the base of the Federal Budgetary Institution in collaboration with the Federal agency on technical regulation and metrology ,the Russian Academy of Science , Public chamber of the Russian federation , the Union of customers of the Russian Federation there was held the III d International conference “ Modern tendencies of the international standardization development”

Special attention was given to activities of the European Quality Organization (EOQ), European Foundation of the Quality Management (EFQM), All-Russian Quality Organization (ВОК), particularly to new tendencies and developments, priority programs and also future projects. The conference was welcomed by the following key speakers:

· Erik Janssens, General director of the European Quality organization (EOQ)

· Marc Amblard , CEO of the European Foundation of Quality Management (EFQM)

· Gusakov Y.A., First vice-president of the All-Russian Quality Organization (ВОК)

· Trukhachev V.I., rector of the FSBEI HPE Stavropol State Agrarian University

· Shelitch P.B., Chairman of the Union of customers of the Russian Federation,

And also professionals in the area of the quality management ,representatives of bodies of the law-legislative authorities, public unions of entrepreneurs and customers, leading specialists of enterprises and Universities of the city.

In his presentation “ Stavropol State Agrarian University :Journey to Excellence” the rector of the FSBEI HPE Stavropol State Agrarian University, professor Vladimir Ivanovitch Trukhachev defined the main stepping stones of the University development on the Journey to Excellence in accordance with the fundamental EFQM concepts and highlighted the perspectives of the University development.
