Webinar of the European Foundation of the Quality Management (EFQM)
On October, 6th, 2014 the staff of the Centre of the Quality Assurance in Education took part in the webinar, which was organized ny the European Foundation of the Quality Management (EFQM). The manager of EFQM on Assessment and Recognition Iosune Aguirre made the presentation.
In her presentation Iosune Aguirre introduced the participants the main stages of the organizational development, EFQM Excellence Model. The main requirements for the participation in the contest “Excellence Award-2015”, main stages of the contest and also the main levels of the EFQM recognition were considered. Participants had a chance to look at the process through the eyes of assessors, as well as to get to know the documentation, provided for the participation in the contest.
During the webinar the staff of the Centre of the Quality Assurance in Education had a chance to ask their questions and get the answers.
