EFQM Webinar

On November 21, 2014 the employees of the Centre of the quality assurance in education participated in the webinar organized by the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM). The presentation was made by the EFQM Chief Operating Officer Matt Fisher.

In his presentation, Matt Fisher introduced the new type of assessment for organizations starting their way to Excellence and demonstrating sustainable development for some extent of time. The conditions for participation in the program and its main stages were considered. Organizations, interested in this type of assessment, must submit a completed application form and provide the data necessary for assessment. The assessment procedure will take one day and will consist of 6 thematic interviews which will be conducted by a group of two assessors. At the end of the assessment an organization will receive a feedback report with an analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the applicant. Depending on the score, the organization can get 1, 2 or 3 stars for its commitment to sustainability.
