Seminar «Actualization of the development strategy of the University and its structural subdivisions »

From January 12 to January 16, 2015 the Head of the Center of the quality management in education Elena Khokhlova held the cycle of seminars "Actualization of the development strategy of the University and its subdivisions." in the structural units of the University.
The workshop covered the following topics:
1. Strategic planning.
2. Justification of the University's mission, values, setting goals and objectives.
3. Strategic diagnostics.
The seminars were attended by 120 representatives of structural subdivisions of the University.
