Applications for the participation in the annual University contest “Perfect employee- 2014”
From January, 12 to January, 19, 2015 the application process for the participation in the annual University contest “Perfect employee – 2014”began.
The contest objectives:
· Identifying and disseminating the best examples of professional experience of the University staff;
• improving the system of the open independent public professional expertise achievements of employees;
• public recognition and encouragement of personal contribution to the development of the University staff.
The professional contest "Perfect employee-2014" includes a series of contests:
· Contest for the nomination “ The best head of the structural subdivision”with nominations:
ü «The best dean»;
ü «The best head of the department »;
ü «The best manager » - for heads of all structural subdivisions of the University;
· Contest for the nomination “ The best teacher of the year” with nominations :
ü «Leading professor »;
ü «Leading docent»;
ü «Leading senior teacher »;
ü « The best group master ».
· Contest for the nomination “ The best employee of the training support personnel» with nominations:
ü «The best employee of the Educational- methodological office »;
ü «The best employee of the Scientific- innovative office »;
ü «The best employee of the Institute of additional professional education»;
ü «The best employee of the Scientific library »;
ü «The best employee of the Centre of the student aesthetic upbringing»;
ü « The best technician (engineer)»;
ü « The best assistant ».
· Contest for the nomination “ The best employee of the administrative –economic office » with nominations:
ü « The best employee of the publishing house »;
ü «The best employee of the accounting office »;
ü «The specialist of the high rank » - for employees of the HR, general departments, archives , law department , museum, press service;
ü «The best employee of the canteen »;
ü «The best employee of the administrative-economic office» ( for the participation of employees working as drivers , cleaners, guards, worker, heads of students’ dormitories).
The contest commission of the University has a right to suggest applicants for the following nominations:
· Nomination «Personality of the year» - for University staff having outstanding achievements in their professional activities;
· Nomination «Recognition of the year» - for University staff having working experience of more than 20 years and having achieved high indicators in the professional activity
