Center of the quality management in education

EFQM Webinar

On January 26, 2015, the employees of the Centre of quality management in education participated in the webinar, which was organized by the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM). The webinar was devoted to the topic of using of RADAR as a management tool. The presentation was made by the EFQM Senior Manager, partners and training Gianluca Mule. The webinar was attended both by representatives of the European institutions and international ones (Colombia). Stavropol State Agrarian University was the only organization representing the Russian Federation.
In his presentation, Gianluca Mule briefed the participants of the webinar about using RADAR in business, talked about how the effective use of the system for business planning, reviewing the results of business operations, as well as a project management tool. He stressed the importance of the RADAR for the EFQM Excellence Model. Gianluca pointed out that currently RADAR is mainly used to assess the maturity of the organization, the excellence of results, the effective structuring of the enterprise, as well as improvement projects.
During the webinar, the employees of the Centre of quality management in education had the opportunity to ask questions and get answers. At the end of the webinar the staff of the centre discussed the heard information.
