Attestation is intended to promote rational use of educational and creative potential of employees; improve their professional level; optimize the selection and placement.

The attestation of academic staff is carried out to:

- to confirm the conformity of employees to higher positions, which they apply for, based on an assessment of their professional activity;

- to develop recommendations for changes in staffing for the next academic year.

The Attestation Commission meeting is held once a year after the acknowledgement of the teaching load for the next academic year, no later than the 30th of May.

The attestation of employees is based on the presentation of the structural unit, which should include a reasoned assessment of professional and business qualities of attestation and the results of his work.

The evaluation results are used to generate the staffing for the next academic year, as well as to present and future of the competition for the new academic year.

During the school year, a change in staffing positions of the professor-teaching staff is not performed.
