Center of the quality management in education
Participation in the work of the round table in the FBE “Stavropol Centre of standardization and metrology”
On September 3rd, 2015 the FBU "Stavropol CSM" held a round table devoted to discussion of the Federal Law of 29.06.2015 № 162-FZ "On Standardization in the Russian Federation", which will come into effect starting from 09/29/2015.
The roundtable was attended by representatives of ministries and departments, public and business associations, expert community and educational organizations.
During the event, a review on the prospects and directions of implementation of the Law on Standardization was stated by the Deputy Minister of Energy, Industry and Communications of the Stavropol Territory D.V. Makarkin, deputy head of the modernization of the economy, innovation and nanotechnology of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Stavropol Territory Makrushin S.N., Director of the non-commercial organization "Fund to promote innovative development of the Stavropol Territory" Kotov A.E., head of standardization and quality of JSC "Electroavtomatika" E.I .Kozlova, deputy head of special design bureau PJSC "Signal" Sarozhinsky E.I.
The experience of standardization in higher education was represented by the head of the Center for Quality Management in Education Khokhlova E.V. and the head of the department of development and implementation of quality management systems Fedisko O.N.
The roundtable participants discussed the problems, which are to solve by the new law and its role in economic development and import substitution, as well as the possible risks to the business. Particular attention has given to the bill, which allows making direct reference to standards in legal documents.
One of the controversial issues was the theme of tightening the rules on responsibility for those businesses that do not comply with the rules of conformity of products offered to the declared quality and the need to strengthen state control in this area.
As a result of the held round table, all participants recognized the need for joint efforts of governments, businesses, science and education to improve the quality of goods and services produced in the Stavropol Territory.
