Center of the quality management in education

From 22 to 23 October 2015 a delegation of the Stavropol State Agrarian University took part in the annual forum of the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) (Brussels, Belgium) featuring: Atanov Ivan Vyatcheslavovitch, vice-rector on educational and upbringing work, Khokhlova Elena Vasilievna, head of the centre of the quality management in education, Dub Galina Vladislavovna, manager of the centre of the quality management in education.
The Forum featured keynote speeches were devoted to sustaining the outstanding performance, leadership with vision, inspiration and integrity, management with the flexibility and the development of organizational capacity. As part of the panel discussion experts from the US, Japan, Singapore and Mexico discussed excellence worldwide.
During the forum, well-known companies shared their experience of running a successful business in today's environment, spoke about innovative methods of work in the companies Robert Bosch GmbH (Germany), Robert Bosch (France), VAMED -KMB (Austria), Wakefield District Housing (United Kingdom), Coca- Cola Icecek (Turkey), ISS (Estonia), BMW (Germany), Philips (Netherlands) allowing to improve the competitiveness using the criteria of the EFQM Excellence Model.
Among the speakers there were Andreas Wendt, CEO of BMW Plant Regensburg (Germany), Martin Mc Court, the former CEO of Dyson (UK), Klaus Kobjoll, the owner of 10 successful companies (Germany), Dishan Deyzel (South Africa), Dame Helen Alexander, Oxford University (UK) and others.
The forum featured the awarding ceremony for finalists, prize-winners and winners of the EFQM European Excellence Awards («EFQM Excellence Award» -2015). The winners were the companies: BMW Group Plant Regensburg. (Germany) and the company WDH (UK) . The Prize Winners are :the company Bosch Car Multimedia (Portugal), Cabinet d'Orthodontie Becker and Associes (Luxembourg), Coca-Cola Icecek As Bursa Plant (Turkey), Robert Bosch, Rodez Plant (France) , Robert Bosch (Germany), Sakaya University (Turkey), Sanitas Hospitales (Spain), VAMED-KMV (Austria) .The finalists of the contest have become the following companies: General Directorate of IETT (Turkey), Geriatrische Gesundheitszentren (Austria), Messa Fibre Oy (Finland) Pierburg Gestion (Spain), SCLE SFE (France).
* The Stavropol State Agrarian University is one of the three Universities in Europe which during the whole twenty-second history of existence of the European contest have reached a high level of the Prize Winner of the EFQM Excellence Award.
