Main activities and functions of the department of the inspection and certification of the professor-teaching staff

The aim of the department is to develop and implement procedures deploying of the open procedure of the quantitative evaluation of instructional, scientific-research and extracurricular activities of the faculty

Main tasks:

• Implementation of the current monitoring of results of the faculty activities;
• Ranking evaluation of the performance of the professor-teaching staff, departments and faculties of the university;
• Identification of reserves to raise the professionalism of the faculty;
• Preparation of materials for the attestation of the professor-teaching staff;
• Assessment of competencies of the professor-teaching staff;
• Data collection and analysis of instructional, scientific-research and extracurricular activities of the professor-teaching staff;
• Development and provision of departments of the University with the methodical documentation and recommendations about the provision of information on the activities of the professor-teaching staff;
• Creation of factual information base which reflects quantitative indicators of the instructional, scientific-research and extracurricular activities of the professor-teaching staff;
• Development of criteria and methods of rating evaluation of the instructional, scientific-research and extracurricular activities of the professor-teaching staff;
• Providing university departments with quantitative indicators for instructional, scientific-research and extracurricular activities of the professor-teaching staff;
• Conformity check of the quantitative data provided by the professor-teaching staff and the availability of proven facts;
• Preparation of reports and information on activities of the department.
