During the academic year, all team members regularly attend School of leaders ' skill SSAU, where he met with pedagogy and psychology, normative documents in the field of children, passed training on safety, fire safety, sanitary requirements, and has mastered the basics of choreography, performing arts, agro technical and many other necessary skills.
At the end of training future counselors passed the qualifying exam and received a certificate giving the right to continue working for them in a children's camp.
