Participation in the First National Symposium "United health"
In the work of a unique scientific forum in the South of Russia, the focus of which was a new biological challenges and threats in the context of globalization, active participation of the head of the Department of physiology, surgery and obstetrics Stavropol State Agrarian University, doctor of Biological Sciences, professor of the RAS A. N. Kvochko.
The first national Symposium "United health" with the participation of scientists from Russia, Spain, Italy, Germany held March 30-31 at the don state technical University with the support of the Government of the Rostov region, the Russian state medical University, don state agrarian University. Stavropol State Agrarian University in this major scientific event was represented by doctor of Biological Sciences, professor Russian Academy of Sciences Andrei Nikolaevich Kvochko.
Recognizing that human health, the health of all living organisms and the stability of the biosphere as a whole are inextricably linked, the Symposium aimed to create the country's first scientific communication platform for physicians, biologists and veterinarians to discuss the new biological challenges and threats in the context of globalization.
Organizing this event, don state technical University acted as the initiator of multidisciplinary research and international integration. During a plenary session and thematic round tables, scientists have discussed the development of veterinary medicine, gelmintology, parasitology, virology, molecular biology and ecology.
Holding a unique forum in the South of Russia at the regional multidisciplinary reference of don state technical University, according to participants and organizers, will help to attract attention to the problem of coordination of scientific research and decision-making expansion of professional contacts and will play a positive role in strengthening the intellectual potential of the Russian Federation.
At the end of the scientific forum adopted the Memorandum, involving the creation of a permanent platform for the annual Symposium "United health" on the basis of the DSTU and the development of the movement "United health", which is possible by joint educational effort between the directions of training of specialists in medicine, psychology, veterinary medicine and environmental Sciences. Also required joint efforts in the field of communications in scientific journals, at conferences and through the adjacent network of health care; clinical care; for disease surveillance and control in public health; to improve understanding of the transmission of diseases of different types through comparative medicine and environmental research. For this Symposium participants will develop a practical programme of measures will regularly consult each other and exchange necessary information.
