40 students-agrarians participated in the World Festival of Youth and Students

From 14 to 22 October in Sochi, the Olympic Park hosted a festival that became a historic event of a global format.

Unprecedented already consider the World Festival of Youth and Students, bringing together 25,000 participants and 5,000 volunteers from 188 countries. The forum was called upon to unite the youth world community, to strengthen international ties for the development of interethnic and intercultural interaction.

Based on the applications submitted, after strict selection, the 150 most worthy and talented youth leaders were selected to the Stavropol delegation: representatives of public organizations, volunteers, laureates of the regional personnel project "New Energy", holders of the Mashuk Forum grants.

40 students of the Stavropol State Agrarian University left for the festival the largest university structure from Stavropol. The children took part in a rich program of the festival, which included four blocks: discussion, scientific, sporting and cultural.

About the fact that they were given a grandiose world festival, students of the Stavropol SAU are now sharing their impressions with classmates and friends, without ceasing:

- The festival left such bright impressions for life! This is a huge experience, which in most cases can only be grasped once.

- Interesting speakers, discussions, trainings, presentations, creative alternative sites, the presentation of different regions and countries - this is something that will remain in your memory for a long time.

- Imagine, thousands of people from different parts of the world, with their culture, with their views, exchanged opinions and are ready to cooperate in the future for the benefit of the whole world!

- An enormous amount of knowledge, excellent language practice for a whole week. Communication, fun, study, just unrealistically cool, unique platform!

"We have become part of the historical event, because such an opportunity falls only once in a lifetime. The experience of children from different continents, new interesting ideas can be realized already on the basis of the State Agrarian University. Festival fraternity is a powerful force!

It is gratifying that such a large number of students of the Stavropol State Agrarian University took part in writing a page of the newest history of Russia. And they all realize: such a fruitful trip, where they could communicate directly with representatives of the world's best young people, imposes even greater responsibility on the agrarian team of the future.
