Stavropol SAU hosted the meeting of cadastral engineers of the Stavropol region

Staff of the State Unitary Enterprise "Stavkrayimuschestvo" together with the teachers of the Department of Land Management and Cadastre of SSAU has discussed the changes in the state cadastral registration and cadastre activities.

The seminar on changes in the state cadastral registration and cadastre was organized in view of the entry into force of the Federal Law № 218 "On state registration of real estate" of 07/13/2015. The goal of the event was to bring new requirements and conditions of the cadastre and registration activities to the attention of all cadastral engineers.

Boris G. Borisov, director of the State Unitary Enterprise "Stavkrayimuschestvo" delivered an opening address. Maxim A. Sopin, deputy director for production, reported on developments in the field of state cadastral registration and cadastral activities in connection with the entry into force of the federal law. Julia K. Safonova, head of cadastral management, told about development of the technical plan and the declaration in accordance with the Order number 953 "On approval of the form of technical plan and requirements for its development, structure of the data contained therein, as well as declaration for real estate item format, requirements for its development and structure of data contained therein" dated 18/12/2015.

The seminar was attended by Alexander Esaulko, dean of the Faculty of Agrobiology and Land Resources of SSAU, Alexander Loshakov, head of the Department of Land Management and Cadastre, Associate Professor mule, cadastral engineers of the Stavropol region and the staff of the Department of Land Management and Cadastre of Stavropol State Agrarian University.
