Days of the Stavropol Territory in the Federation Council 17-18 January

The events of the Days of the Stavropol Territory will participate the Federation Council Speaker Valentina Matviyenko, the Governor Vladimir Vladimirov, chairman of the regional Duma Gennady Yagubov, Rector of Stavropol State Agrarian University, Academician, Professor, Honored Worker of Science of the Russian Federation Vladimir Trukhachev.

During the Days there will be held extended meeting of the four committees of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation with the participation of representatives of state authorities of Stavropol.

Federation Council Committee on Budget and Financial Markets at the example of Stavropol Territory to discuss current issues of preserving the financial stability of the budgets of Russian regions.

Improving the mechanisms of support of civil initiatives in the municipalities will be the subject of an extended meeting of the Federation Council Committee on the federal structure, regional policy, local government and Northern Affairs.

Expanded meeting of the Federation Council Committee on Social Policy will be devoted to a discussion of measures taken in the Stavropol region on the issue of self-employment.

Members of the Federation Council Committee on Agrarian and Food Policy and Environment will consider the development of agriculture and the provision of environmental management in the Stavropol region.

In addition, under the "Hour of the Russian Federation" at the meeting of the upper house scheduled performances of Vladimir Vladimirov and Gennady Yagubova.

Also in the day of the 404-th meeting of the Russian Federation Council will host a presentation of the exhibition of the Stavropol Territory. Its exposure unit "Education, science, innovation" is the Stavropol State Agrarian University.
