The use of professional standards were discussed at the Agrarian University

From July 1, 2016 for most organizations, especially the public sector of the Russian Federation, it is mandatory the use of professional standards.

In the Stavropol State Agrarian University today a seminar boundary was held "System of professional standards: Practical implementation and application from 1 July 2016", organized by the Institute of additional professional education of SSAU and the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the region population.

It was attended by more than 130 people, mostly educators - teaching heads of organizations of secondary vocational education, personnel officers, and lawyers, teachers of special subjects and masters of industrial training.

The seminar was opened by Vice-Rector of the University academic and educational work I.V. Atanov. He welcomed the participants on behalf of the Rector of SSAU Professor V.I. Trukhachev, spoke about the participation of teachers in the preparation of professional standards.

On behalf of the Federation of trade unions of Stavropol Territory to the participants T.I. Chechina asked. She informed the participants about the work that is carried out trade unions for the protection of the interests of workers in the period of the introduction of professional standards in the activities of the various organizations in the region.

Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the region population L.L. Shaginova spoke about the formation of the system of professional standards in the Russian Federation, and the Deputy of the Institute of additional professional education University Director A.V. Pankratov spoke the experience gained at the university on the application of professional standards. He elaborated on the specifics of accounting in practice a number of them - the technician-mechanic in agriculture created by the teachers of the university at the moment.

There also assistant professor of the North Caucasus Federal University T.F. Vysheslavava, deputy chief of staff, the public service and the rewards of the Stavropol Territory Government of the O.V. Drobitkina, deputy head of the education department of Commerce and Industry Chamber of the Stavropol Territory O.E. Pari spoke at the seminar.
