About the reform of the cadastral activities

Conference of cadastral engineers of the North Caucasus Federal District where the reform of the cadastral activities was discussed took place at the SSAU.

Dean of the Faculty of Agrobiology and land Professor A.N. Esaulkov spoke on behalf of the University administration. After greeting, he highlighted the issues of current state and prospects of higher education in the direction of "Land Management and Cadastre" in the Stavropol State Agrarian University.

The conference was attended by the head of the department of legal regulation of cadastre and real estate activities of the Department of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia A.V. Nuprienkova; the director of "Rosreestr" in the Stavropol region E. Koshelev; Deputy Head of the Federal Service of State Registration Office, inventory and mapping of the Stavropol Territory I.O. Zhuravlev; Deputy Director of the State Unitary Enterprise SK "Stavkrayimuschestvo" B.G. Borisov.

A.V. Nuprienkova made a report. She gave details on the cadastral reform in Russia and new federal laws which become law on July 1, 2016. B.G. Borisov reported on training of cadastral engineers for the compulsory membership in a self-regulatory organization "Cadastral Engineers".

The conference brought together over 250 participants from the Stavropol Territory and the republics of the North Caucasus Federal District, as well as teachers of the Department of Land Management and Cadaster and students of the SSAU.

The event was held with the active support of the dean's office of the Faculty of Agrobiology and Land Resources and the Department of Land Management and Cadastre of the SSAU.
