The bread baking issues will be discussed at the SSAU

On April 14, 2016 the III South Forum on bread baking "Technical and technological modernization - the basis of improving the competitiveness of bread baking industry" will start in the Stavropol State Agrarian University.

Forum will be started by Plenary Session "Actual problems of bread baking: from globalization to regional perspectives", where the peculiarities of bread baking industry under the new economic conditions will be discussed as well as discussion platforms on the following topics will work: modern equipment and technologies in the bakery, pastry and milling industry; Russian village - the basis of food security; Bread - it's great; Bread and Wine; bread and ecology; bread and finances.

The organizers of the forum are Russian Guild of Bakers and Confectioners in conjunction with the South Guild of bakers, confectioners, the hospitality industry, with the support of the Government of the Stavropol Territory.

Business School NP "YUGPIK" will give a seminar on "How to open a modern bakery", master classes for confectioners and degustation of bakery and confectionery products of leading enterprises of the southern Russia will be held for the professionals.

It is not a mere coincidence that the forum is held at the Agrarian University; where highly qualified specialists are trained for the industry in the region. For one day the SSAU will become a demonstration area, where the widest palette of bakery products will be presented to. Bakery is one of the fastest growing segments of the food industry. Almost 300 large, medium and small producers work in this sector in the Stavropol region. Residents of our region are provided in the full and wide range that exceeds 600 names by bakery products.
