Students of the Faculty of Technological Management acted as experts Stavropol dairy producers in the competition "Stavropol quality."
It is held under the patronage of the Chamber of Commerce with the support of the Government of Stavropol Territory. The purpose of the event - the implementation of the regional policy of import substitution, investment, improve the quality of goods of Stavropol, as well as the withdrawal of the Russian market.
Students of the Faculty of Technological Management was involved in the process of competition in the outbound interactive lessons on discipline «Technology of milk products» and received practical experience of expert assessment of characteristics of dairy products.
The children had the opportunity to taste dairy products of Stavropol producers: JSC "Budenovskmolprodukt" (Budennovsk), JSC "Syrodel" (Ipatovo) of "Dairy plant" Stavropol '(Stavropol), dairy plant "Hladonezh" (Kislovodsk) and "Rusmoloko" (Pyatigorsk) and assess their quality. The estimation was made by private tasting. In assessing the quality of products considered parameters: appearance, consistency, color, taste, smell.
Taking into account the results of the previous stages of the assessment, including laboratory testing, will continue to be the winners of the competition, whose products will be marked with a special sign "Stavropol quality."
Along with the results of online voting, which was conducted in the first phase of the competition, the final assessment of the presented products takes into account such factors as product conformity to existing norms and standards of quality, corporate culture, the presence of a quality system of production of goods, the results of laboratory tests, the opinion of experts.
As part of the competition program assistant professor of technology of production and processing of agricultural products T.V. Voblikova took part in the work of the council as an expert assessment of milk and dairy products.
