"The development of resource manager"

The teachers of the Department of Pedagogy, Psychology and Sociology of the SSAU (the Head is professor S.I. Tarasova) conducted a training seminar "Development of resource manager" for the heads of the representative bodies of local government of municipal regions and urban districts of Stavropol Krai It was held on the basis of new multimedia classrooms of Agricultural University.

The purpose of the training is to compare the stages of administrative activity to the daily practice, analyze their management resources, replenish and upgrade the baggage of practical tools used.

The event discussed the main issues of a successful leader, associated with effective communication, co-operation between people, motivation, team building and the ability to work in them, as well as the art of negotiation and reaching agreements.

Government representatives and participants appreciated the level of professionalism of teachers.
