Heads of agricultural universities improved their skills

72-hour training program "Innovative methods of personnel management of the university" held at the Institute of additional vocational training in conjunction with the Centre for education quality management and teachers of the Department of Management Faculty of Economics of the University. Listeners were heads of educational institutions under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.

For ten days the students studied the nature and features of innovative personnel management of higher education. The intramural training period heads of educational institutions learned about the Stavropol State Agrarian University to establish a system of personnel management in the framework of the model of business excellence EFQM.
