Forum of Rural Youth of the North Caucasus Federal District

A Delegation of Stavropol State Agrarian University took part in the forum of rural youth of the North Caucasus Federal District held in the Dagestan State Agrarian University named after M.M. Dzhambulatov. The delegation consisted of the chairman of Stavropol regional branch of the Russian Union of Rural Youth Igor Devedyorkin, 4th year student of the Faculty of Accounting and Finance Oksana Skovorodkina, 1st year student of the Faculty of Technological Management Irina Makhmudova, activists of the Russian Union of Rural Youth. It was organized by the Russian Union of Rural Youth.

The forum has become a good discussion platform for rural youth of the North Caucasus Federal District to exchange experience, develop proposals for the development of agriculture, issues of professional orientation of rural youth, enhance the prestige of the agrarian professions and develop rural areas. Igor Devedyorkin in his report “Conditions of developing innovations among young farmers” told about the experience of young scientists of Stavropol State Agrarian University, Oksana Skovorodkina and Irina Makhmudova actively participated in the discussion about the experience of formation of agroclasses in Stavropol Territory.

The forum brought together more than 300 participants including students and graduates of agricultural universities of the North Caucasus Federal District, specialists of agricultural enterprises, beginning farmers, government representatives, NGOs, activists of the Russian Union of Rural Youth.
