Food safety - actual problem

In Stavropol State Agrarian University there took place the forum “Food Safety” organized by the educational and scientific testing laboratory in cooperation with the department of technology of production and processing of agricultural products. Project Coordinator - Vice-rector for additional education Olga Lisova.

The event was attended by more than 220 professionals of the food processing industry of the region. 8 reports were presented including those of the representatives of the Committee of Stavropol region for the food processing industry, trade and licensing and the Territorial Directorate of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare in Stavropol Territory.

The participants with interest discussed the current problems of the implementation of HACCP and certification of companies. At the end of the event participants received personal certificates.
