Student crews "Ecologist" and "Landscaper" of the Agrarian University held the environmental action

65 activists of the Faculty of Ecology and Landscape Architecture cleaned alleys of the Stavropol Botanical Garden named after V. V. Skripchinsky.

Within the Year of Ecology in Russia, SSAU student organized and held ecological campaign in Stavropol Botanical Garden.

The head of the Botanical Garden, candidate of agricultural sciences, associate professor Vladimir Kozhevnikov, deputy director for scientific work, candidate of agricultural sciences, associate professor Vasily Khrapach and deputy director for the introduction of scientific research, candidate of biological sciences Anton Kozhevnikov welcomed the students.

65 first-year students of "Ecology and Nature Management" and "Landscape Architecture" took part in the campaign. The task included cleaning the lime, birch and oak avenues. The total length of the alleys was about one kilometer.

At the end the deputy director V. V. Khrapach visited the Stavropol Botanical Garden and told the history of its creation.
