In the Year of Ecology-The students will be taught how to carry out environmental impact assessment companies.

The staff of the Department of Ecology and Landscaping of SGAU composed of: A. Yu Mandra, E.E .Stepanenko V.Y. Kapaeva, T.G. Zelensky, S.V. Okrut, O.A. Pospelova and O. Yu. Gudiev have prepared a training manual on the subject "Environmental impact assessment of enterprises", which learns students enrolled in direction "Ecology and nature."

The publication will provide invaluable assistance during the practical exercises to assess the impact of business on the environment and the provision of appropriate environmental impact assessments. The solution presented problems provides deeper knowledge of the basic principles of environmental impact assessment, valuation based on the effects of economic activity on the environment, the environmental study of industrial projects. Performing tasks given in the manual provides for the development of ecological thinking skills, consolidation and improvement of theoretical knowledge.

Let us mention that recent graduate of the first year of study direction "Ecology and nature" of the Faculty of Ecology and Landscape Architecture perfectly proved by the results of the projects of the Youth union economists and financiers of Russia - 2016 (MSEF). So, Anna Grigorieva became a leader of the VII All-Russian Olympiad of Architecture and Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Russia in the category "Landscaping and life support of the city" and Perzhinskaya Alla took the I-st place in the VI All-Russian environmental competition "preserve and enhance the nature of Russia" in the category "Security outside "(supervisor - Associate Professor Svetlana Okrut).
