The Victory was one for all!

V. Vladimirov, the Governor of the Stavropol Territory, V.I. Trukhachev, the Rector of the State Agrarian University, and the student youth, communicated with veterans, who were twice burnt by the war, who arrived from Donbass.

On May 8, veterans of the Great Patriotic War, who came from the Donetsk Region, the Rector of the Stavropol State Agrarian University, the Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Vladimir Ivanovich Truhachev, the Chairman of the Regional Veteran Public Organization, the graduate of the University Alexey Gonochenko and the best students greeted the traditions of Russian hospitality.

A brief excursion to an award-winning institution with a story about its historic milestones, including the visit of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, with the display of numerous awards won by the collective, as well as the best audiences and halls, was given to guests by V. I. Trukhachev. And then, together with the adjoining Governor of the Stavropol Territory V. V. Vladimirov, everyone gathered at a huge festive table in the winter garden of the Agrarian University, where a friendly dialogue and concert program took place in honor of the upcoming main holiday of the country - Victory Day.

Addressing veteran guests from the Donbass, Vladimir Vladimirov thanked them for coming, despite all the complexities of the situation, and said: "You are Winners! And always feel as Winners! "

It was necessary to see how much happiness there was in these eyes - the front-line soldiers and accompanying residents of the Donbass for their touching attention to them and the given minutes of joyful communication with the veterans of Stavropol, the leadership of the region, the University and the agrarian youth.

The festive atmosphere of the meeting was creatively supported by the academic folk choir of the teachers and staff of the Stavropol State Agrarian University under the direction of the Honored Artist of Russia Valery Korotkov, a vocal student studios Anfas and Provence, laureate of the international competitions Dmitry Samartsev, who filled pauses with favorite people with front songs and musical works of the post-war years.

Alexei Alexeyevich Gonochenko told the guests about the significant contribution the Stavropolians made to the victory in the spring of 1945: "Stavropol land gave 207 Heroes of the Soviet Union! In live there are only two left: Tkachev Vladimir Yakovlevich (92 years) and Titenko Andrei Lavrentievich (98 years) ". The head of the regional veteran organization, A. Gonochenko, recalled the recently deceased legendary Matryona Nazdracheva, the last of the four full gentlemen of Glory, and another heroic woman, Evdokia Bershanskaya, the commander of the air regiment, 22 of whose pilots became Heroes of the Soviet Union.

It was relevant to the parallel he had voiced about the young guards from the Levokum district, who were, in fact, brothers in arms with the Donetsk underground. There was talk of fierce fighting in Kursk and Stepnovsk Regions, where more than 70,000 Soviet soldiers fell on the battlefield. During the occupation of the region, 33,000 civilians were killed. But the Stavropol Territory nevertheless became the very outpost, which suspended the plan of Hitler's seizure of the Caucasus! "It is gratifying that more than 30 million people have directed more than 30 million regions for the restoration of monuments and memorials to the victims of the Great Patriotic War," said Aleksei Alekseevich, "there are 1250 of them in the province." "326 thousand Stavropolians, not sparing their lives, fought on all 46 fronts of the Great Patriotic War", - said the chairman of the city council of veterans (pensioners) of war, labor, the Armed Forces and law enforcement bodies Pyotr Ivanovich Kurolesov.

The veteran of the Great Patriotic War, the commissioner of the Republican Union of Soviet Officers of the DNR, Yuri Kovalchuk, conveyed the words "greetings from the metallurgists and miners from the Donbass capital of Donetsk and sincere love for the great Russian people". "Because the Russian people are 130 nationalities," the veteran explained, "and everyone fought shoulder to shoulder against fascism, defeating in the Great Patriotic War."

"The years of that terrible war will never be forgotten. We consider ourselves to be Russians who have always helped each other, "confessed the head of the Gorlovka veteran organization, Alexander Vasilyevich Kolod, who was awarded the Order of Labor Glory three times, and Alla Matveyevna Shevorykina, member of the presidium of the Council of Veterans, who wished prosperity to the university, the edge, the country.

Participant of the Berlin assault Pavel Zakharchenko, whose roots are from Kiev, thanked fellow countrymen: "Thank you, heroic people of Donbass, for proving to the world that there is truth on the Earth!" And he expressed the hope that history will put everything on its own Places.

"You honored us with the great honor - on the eve of May 9, to host the heroes of Victory in the university, which was common and won by a single Soviet people. We live in your traditions and military merit, dear veterans! "- said the rector Vladimir Ivanovich Truhachev. He also thanked for the visit the family from Samara - the mother of the deceased Hero of the People's Republic of Vietnam Taisiya Ivanovna, the sons Anton and Egor and also the student of the Donetsk Medical University Alexander Solonikidi.

On behalf of the Victory heirs - students of the Stavropol State Agrarian University - the head of the Center "Patriot" Jan Nikonov spoke. A student of the third year of the Accounting and Finance Department, a personal scholarship student of the Academic Council of the State University of Civil Aviation reported how the activity on the civil and patriotic education of the youth has been organized in the university. After that it was possible to understand how trepidly the heritage of the Great Victory was stored here and understand that one should cherish this sacred conquest. After all, as the governor of Stavropol said rightly during the meeting: "Victory was one for all! And you need to make sure that it is not ripped out of these young hearts. "

The words of gratitude to all residents of the Russian Federation for support were given by the deputy head of the city of Gorlovka, Irina M. Dzhelomanova, who noted: "You have an extraordinary delegation today. They are veterans, who were burned twice by the war. They came from two cities, which are now on the front line. And looking into your eyes, we want to say: "We will not allow you to rewrite history. And Victory will be ours! ".
