Within the framework of business cooperation of the university with the enterprises of real sector of the economy students of the faculty of accounting and finance studied the system of control for uninterrupted beverage production on high-tech enterprise.

Forms of interaction between the university and the production for the preparation of qualified specialists serve to increase the motivation for acquiring professional knowledge. Every employee of the accounting and auditing department should know and understand the intricacies of the production process.

Under the guidance of the candidate of economic sciences, associate professor A.V. Nesterenko with the participation of employees of JSC "Stavropol brewery" students of faculty for accounting and finance studied system of control measures to ensure uninterrupted production of beverages and to prevent losses in their manufacture. The practice was held in the framework of the discipline "control and audit." Students were acquainted with all stages of the production of finished products, from raw material acquisition through features suppliers and ending with the release of the finished product. The students visited all the technological platform of the plant.

For the production of competitive products and realization of innovative projects in the sectors of national economy on the Russian market the highly qualified professionals must possess the production process.

Therefore, laboratory and practical training in various disciplines are conducted on production bases, all kinds of practices for students are organized. Every year on that results the graduation projects, students’ research papers, dissertation researches are performed, which enable talented young people to realize successfully their full potential in training and be in demand in today's market conditions.
