Living history of the past and the new generation of regional financiers

Students of the Faculty of Economics visited an interactive exhibition in the regional Finance Ministry.

On April 17, students of the third year of the Economic course ("World Economy") under the guidance of the Associate Professor of the Department of Entrepreneurship and World Economy N.V. Vorobyova visited the Ministry of Finance of the Stavropol Territory.

Represented the students this department Valentina Kornilova, who worked for many years in the state financial department of the Stavropol Territory Executive Committee, and then in the Ministry of Finance of the province.

Initially, the students were shown a film dedicated to the creation and development of the Ministry of Finance of the Stavropol Territory and the Ministry of Finance of Russia. Valentina Andreevna introduced the "living" history of past and new generations of financiers of the region, told about the activities of the organization. The history of domestic finance, including the regional financial system, passed before the eyes of students, as in reality. They saw everything - from rare coins and rare editions to items used by financiers of past generations. The students learned about the key role of the Ministry of Finance in the stable economic development of the region and the country as a whole.

Created in the Ministry of Finance of the Stavropol Territory, interactive expositions aroused keen interest of students, increased their activity in finding answers to professional questions and attached them to extracting knowledge from primary sources.
