The students of the Agrarian University widely celebrated Maslenitsa

February 18, 2015, the Stavropol state agrarian university said goodbye to winter: a wide Maslenitsa sang and danced at all faculties of the University. The students of STGAU took part in the celebration ornately, creatively, and that is called with a spark.

Tables simply broke from a great variety of tasty food, from powerful loudspeakers hot music flew, buffoons and pedlars walked up and down in the crowd of students, and everyone was treated by pancakes with the most various stuffings.

In its own way, each faculty approached a farewell to winter. One turned particular attention to cheerful competitions somewhere, somewhere to sports meets, somewhere to performances of creative collectives, but in one, all to a man stood together – it is necessary to celebrate Maslenitsa generously and tasty.

"Students of the agrarian university love the Russian tradition of a farewell to winter very much. Many of them consider that it is good to provide the continuity of generations in such cheerful format. Everybody dresses up in national suits with pleasure, dances the Russian dances, eats our traditional dishes", − the chairman of student's trade-union committee Nikolay Golovin notes.
