About student years and beloved profession

Graduates of previous years of the two departments - Agrobiology and land resources and Ecology and landscape architecture - shared with current freshmen memories of their student life in the Agrarian University and spoke about the specifics of their profession.

As part of the course "Introduction to specialty" freshmen of Stavropol State Agrarian University met with graduates - young professionals in the field of agronomy and plant protection, land management and cadastre, fermentation and winemaking, ecology and nature management, landscape architecture.

About the prospects of work in agribusiness enterprises and organizations for the implementation of fertilizers and plant protection products students were informed by the regional representative of "Summit Agro" M.Yu. Balatsky.

On the features of the cadastral engineer spoke the head of the legal department of "KadastrYug" M.V. Tskhovrebova.

About the state of winemaking in Stavropol region, the possibility of practical training and employment of students studying the program "Food from plants", students have learned from the chief technologist of the brewery "Petrovich" V.M. Gavrilyuk.

Leading specialist of the branch of "TsLATI SFD" - TsLATI in Stavropol Territory M.V. Berezhnoy introduced to student audience the work of environmentalist - nature user, functional responsibilities of the professional and employment opportunities in this area.

Landscape designer of "Nikolaev gardens" Yermolova A.G. informed the students about the directions of the work of landscape designers and architects, requirements imposed by the employer to the specialists of this profile.

In turn, the students asked their questions about the specifics of occupations, wages, student years and public life of the graduates in the period of their study at the Agrarian University. In Stavropol State Agrarian University - the university, where there is a continuity between generations of farmers, such meetings have become traditional. Such measures, according to the students, help them to choose the future place of work, to keep abreast of current trends in domestic agricultural production and professional standards.
