Sports news: 2nd prize at the national sports games!

From 26 to 30 January 2015 on the basis of Belgorod GAU was held the 6th all-Russian sports games "Health" among the faculties and staff of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation. Participants from 16 agricultural universities of Russia took part in this sport even, in general about 250 athletes. The competition was held in 6 kinds of sport. Stavropol State Agrarian University was represented by a team of 16 people. As a result of competition, the University took the following places:

- volleyball - 1st prize;

- chess - 1st prize;

- table tennis - 4th place;

- swimming - 5th place;

- shooting - 6th place;

- darts - 7th place.

In the end, the team of the Stavropol State Agrarian University took the 2nd prize in team classification, the team of the Bashkir State Agrarian University was the first, and the third was the Bryansk State Agricultural Academy.
