In sports orbit: championships in volleyball and Greco-Roman wrestling

Women's national team of SSAU in volleyball, as well as freshman of the Faculty of Agrobiology and Land Resources B. Robakidze became bronze medalists of the regional championships.

From May 5 to May 7, in Kislovodsk, the Stavropol Krai Volleyball Championship was held among women teams of prefabricated cities, districts and organizations.

The event was organized by the Committee for Physical Culture and Sports of the Administration of Stavropol together with the Volleyball Federation of the Stavropol Territory. 8 teams of cities and districts of the region took part in the competitions. In a stubborn struggle, the women's national team of the Stavropol State Agrarian University in volleyball became the bronze medalist of the Championship. As a reward, the team of SSAU received a cup, medal and diplomas.

Earlier, on April 24-26, the regional capital hosted the Stavropol Region Championship in Greco-Roman wrestling among men. A student of the 1st year of the Faculty of Agrobiology and Land Resources of the State Agrarian University, Biceko Robakidze took the third place in the weight category up to 71 kg.
