A way to health - reasonable diet

At the Faculty of Agrobiology and Land Resources a heated discussion on the subject “Fundamentals of nutrition” was held.

Associate Professor O.Y. Lobankova and the group of bachelors of the major "Food products from plant raw materials" initiated the discussion. The discussion was held within the discipline of "Food Chemistry". Speakers talked about the features of the chemical composition, useful and harmful properties familiar to us foods: sausage, mayonnaise, coffee, chocolate, ice cream, mineral water, concentrates, soups, instant cereals, and chewing gum. Separately, the students brought strong arguments against the use of beer, alcoholic and energy drinks, causing irreparable harm to human health at any age. Teachers and students were unanimous in saying that we should stick to the main provisions of the concept of healthy eating.
