Judoists from Stavropol SAU are among the winners at the 8th Winter Student Games

Students of the Faculty of Economics of SSAU have distinguished themselves in Judo Tournament at the 8th Winter Student Games organized for Institutions under the Ministry of Agriculture that was held on February 6th - 8th.

The competition was organized in Volgograd on the day of celebration of the 74th anniversary of defeating armed forces of Nazi Germany in Stalingrad. Judoists representing 15 fought for the title of the best one.

As the result, Tatiana Zadorozhnaya, a third-year student of the Faculty of Economics, took gold . Bronze went to Arnold Minosyan, a fourth-year student of the same faculty. Students could achieve top results due to their couch, Master of Sport in Sambo of the USSR Gennadiy A. Zaporozhskiy, support of their University, hard work and belief in victory.
