Sporting achievements of students of the Agrarian University

Basketball and volleyball teams of Stavropol State Agrarian University continue to participate in the championship and the Cup of the region, and, as always, they are on top.

In the sports complex of Stavropol State Agrarian University there was held the 5th round of the regional basketball championship among men's teams. Men's team of SSAU defeated the team of the Regional Hospital with a score of 81:56.

A little earlier there took place Stavropol Territory Volleyball Cup among women. The competition was attended by nine teams from the North Caucasus Federal University, factory "Signal", Sberbank, two teams from Kislovodsk, Stavropol Youth Sports School, "Gazprom", including our university team. Six teams advanced to the semifinals. In a bitter struggle three strongest were determined. Among them there was also the Agrarian University team which won the 3rd prize.
