Biography
Vladimir Nikolayevich Sitnikov was born in 1974 in the village of Kalinovskoye, Alexandrovsky district, Stavropol Territory.
Graduated from the Stavropol State Agricultural Academy as an agronomist in 1995. Candidate of Agricultural Sciences.
From 1995 to 2011 worked in the Joint-Stock Company "Kolos", Alexandrovsky district. Passed a long way from agronomist and foreman up to the general director.
In January-February 2011 he worked as the deputy head of administration of the Aleksandrovsky municipal district of the Stavropol Territory.
From February 2011 he was Head of Administration of the Aleksandrovsky Municipal District, Stavropol Territory.
In September 2015 he was appointed Minister of Agriculture of the Stavropol Territory.
In 2021 he was appointed First Deputy Chairman of the Stavropol Territory Government.
