	Victor Yakovlevich Nikitin - a rector of the Stavropol Institute of Agriculture from 1984 till 1999. An honoured worker of science of the RSFSR, an academician of International Agrarian Acadamy, an academician of Higher Education Acadamy, an academician of International Acadamy of informatization, a senior citizen of the Stavropol Territory.
