Best Project of III Inter-regional HR Forum

The project of a graduate student Vadim Pavlov and student of Economics Alexei Manuylov took 1st place in the category "Best Project" at the III Inter-regional HR forum "Human resource management in the conditions of realization of the competence approach to training: national trends and regional issues." Their work "The problems of human resources management in the agricultural sector of the economy" and also won in the category of "economic efficiency". Supervisors are teachers of the "Management" department, lecturers Anton Nazarenko and Dmitry Zaporozhets.The project shows the problems in the management of personnel in some farms, obviously not relevant to modern trends. It reveals the specifics of the use of human resources in agriculture, one of the main features of which are highly cyclical manufacturing processes associated with seasonal work.Forum "Human Resource Management in the conditions of implementation of the competency approach in training: national trends and regional problems" was held in order to create economic and management thinking and entrepreneurial initiative among young people.
