Today, under the guidance of teachers of the Department of State and Municipal Management and Law a round table was held for the students of "State and municipal management" devoted to the 22 anniversary of the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
Junior students prepared reports and essays devoted to the fundamental law of the country and symbols - the anthem, national flag and emblem of Russia. Senior students - presentation of the history of the Constitution of the Russian Federation from the very beginning to the present day - the principles of the constitutional system, the signs of democracy, reflected in the main law of our country.
A lively discussion on the rights and responsibilities of citizenship, enshrined in the Constitution. The adoption in December 1993 of the Basic Law of our country led to a qualitative change in the system of Russian legislation. It is manifested in the renewal of values of social and state-legal development, the formation of new sources of legislation, substantial upgrading of regulatory requirements, changes in the structure of the legislation, the development of the legislation of the Russian Federation. These issues formed the basis of discussions on the concept of role-purpose sources, conditions of formation and maintenance of constitutional law in Russia.
