Faculties of Agrobiology and Land Resources and Ecology and Landscape Architecture of the SSAU held the traditional Christmas concert. The festive evening was opened by the Vice-rector for academic and educational work associate professor I. V. Atanov. In his welcoming speech he congratulated the staff and students of the coming New Year and wished them further success. Also a lot of warm words addressed to the faculty and students were said by the Vice-rector for vocational guidance and social work associate professor A. N. Mar’in and the Dean of Accounting and Finance Department, professor E. I. Kostyukova.
As the honored guests at the concert were invited veterans of labor: G. A. Shmatko, E. A. Zubova, A. P. Koidan, G. P. Polous, I. D. Pentak, employers, strategic partners of the faculties, head of the Department of Educational and Social work I. T. Gun’ko. On behalf of the rector of the University, the veterans were presented with gifts.
The attributes of the New Year holiday – Father Frost and Snow Maiden are welcome guests. They visited the New Year's concert at the faculties of Agrobiology and Land Resources and Ecology and Landscape Architecture. Fairytale characters have created a unique atmosphere, warm and festive atmosphere in which, as in a magic kaleidoscope is a creative gift followed one another. Songs performed by the graduates of the faculties of Maxim Babin and Maxim Bukreev and students-vocalists, Cossack songs of the ensemble "Lel’", performance of the folk dance team "Daria" and other numbers of amateur performances gave the audience a memorable holiday, a charge of good mood and positive attitude to the New Year 2016.
