Rector of the Stavropol State Agrarian University V. I. Trukhachev traditionally congratulated the older generation of the University members with New Year and Christmas.
The meeting was held in the format of Christmas party. Vladimir Ivanovich opened the event with warm greetings to the participants, noting that they are the "Golden Fund" of the University. The rector spoke about the main events of the year, highlighted the celebration of the 85th Anniversary of the University, in which each of the participants contributed. "Thank you very much, colleagues, for your most productive work, through which Agrarian University with dignity walked the path of formation, development and improvement", - said V. I. Trukhachev. In response, the veterans of higher education, honored scientist, academician and professor V. A. Moroz, V. I. Nikitin, P. G. Starodubtseva and others noted that the Stavropol State Agrarian University under the supervision of V. Trukhachev is developing dynamically, it created all conditions for scientific research. Develops the material and technical base, construction of another modern teaching and laboratory building, a hostel.
In the atmosphere of celebration was held the ceremony of awarding the medal "Glory and Pride of the Agrarian University".
At the end of the meeting V. I. Trukhachev congratulated all with the upcoming holidays, wished them good health and assured that the traditions of the agrarian University were, are and will be a priority for new generations of students and teachers of the University.
