First meeting of Academic Council held at SSAU this year

On the 29^th of January a regular meeting of an Academic Council was opened by the Rector V.I. Trukhachev with presentation of diplomas to associate professor , Vice Rector for Research V.Y. Morozov, associate professor of financial banking department E.N. Lapina, associate professor of technical services, standardization and metrology department P.A. Lebedev. Vladimir Ivanovich also awarded diplomas of the Duma of Stavropol Region to the head of training fleet of machines and technologies of agribusiness department A.N. Muratov. Diploma of the regional Ministry of Education and Youth Policy to senior lecturer, department of foreign languages ​​N.Y. Kozlovskaya, diploma of Stavropol Duma to an assistant professor of parasitology and veterinary sanitary inspection, anatomy and pathological anatomy, department named after professor S.N. Nikolsky – S.P. Sklyarov.

Further, according to the agenda, discussed a report on the research activities of the university in 2015 and the prospects for the innovative development in the coming year and a number of current issues were considered.

Summing up the results of the working meeting of the Academic Council, the Rector V.I. Trukhachev identified the strategic objectives of the university in the near future and wished the members of the Board of successful work for the benefit of the university.
