As part of the training in the "School of personal growth" the SSAU students took part in a comprehensive lesson on the topic of social engineering and team-formation principles.
In the format of game training under the supervision of the regional coach Elena Melnikova students learned the skills of self-development, improved professional competence and developed business skills. The tasks of the teams were different. Some had to defend their ideas, see it through the eyes of another person, and the other - come up with a non-standard solution, adapting to the circumstances.
As a result there was achieved the main goal - successfully carried out lesson to teach leadership skills and create positive development of plants. Students learned that any problem can be solved, calling it simple and understandable word "problem". Each member of the "school" was able to express himself in a new image, give free rein to imagination and just have a good evening with the same creative guys.
"School of Personal Growth" is a form of learning platforms of university students, which allows preparing student leaders and solving the current problems of the student government in high school.
